Telehealth

We provide a video consultation service for families who are having trouble accessing face-to-face care for their baby. This service is known as Telehealth.

Telehealth allows us to guide families through an assessment and treatment session from the convenience of their own home. During the consultation, we ask parents a structured series of questions to understand their concerns.

We usually ask parents to perform some specific movements with their baby, or send us some video footage to help with the assessment process.

These strategies help us make an accurate diagnosis, and plan the best treatment approach for each baby.
